Trust, Ethics & Responsible AI

Built on rigorous compliance guidelines to safeguard expatriates and newcomers.

The t-1 Principle

We proactively notify you of crucial dates and risks *before* they impact you. We never wait for you to ask the wrong question. We proactively address common pitfalls before users lose enrollment options.

Data Minimization

We do not collect or store precise medical histories, immigration numbers, or exact financial figures. We use rough bands. We only request coarse bands (e.g. Low/Mid/High income) in-session. We do not store medical records or Social Security numbers.

Full Traceability

Every decision and cost estimate includes references back to source databases and federal code regulations. Every window calculation, cost score, and risk highlight is backed by verifiable regulatory reference lines.

No Autonomous Adverse Decisions

Our AI never denies coverage, rejects claims, or makes binding underwriting choices on its own. All actions are advisory. All system results are informational. Only humans hold authority to finalize coverages, issue formal plan approvals, or process claims.
